This Thing Rocks
This is by far the smoothest wall mount I've set up. Took about an hour. The instructions were clear. It performs great! I get a clear view anywhere in the room!

Measure your wall stud spacing BEFORE you buy!
This is a fine looking wall mount and by reviews on other websites performs admirably. However, if your wall studs are spaced 24" (such as on a non load bearing wall), then this wall mount will not fit. Measure before you buy or at least before you unpack the box. My low rating was based upon the absence of this warning on the box.

Should have done this year's ago.
Easy to install, only needed help to set the 50" tv on the bracket. Code built 16" c-c studs. No worry about the tv coming down. Clear instructions, all components in trays. Would buy again for sure.

Seems like a good product, but...
I won’t be using it any time soon. It was a little pricey in my opinion, but went with it anyway because I believe in “You get what you pay for.” Well I get home, unbox it and start putting it on my tv and everything works out. I think the instructions could have been a little more clear, but with some educated guesses I was able to finish it up. I get to marking out the studs in my wall, and to my disappointment, my studs are spaced 24” apart and this product will not cover that. I’m giving this product 2 stars instead of 1, because it does seem sturdy and a good product but NOWHERE on the packaging or in the instructions does it state it needs 16” spaced studs and that’s what makes me mad. I guess it could fall back on me for not measuring the length of the bracket before I opened everything but it almost feels like they want you to make this mistake, hence my bad review. Extensions aren’t available and I was told to guy buy a different product by customer support. Wal-Mart won’t take it back due to me having opened things up, so now I’m stuck with a $100 wall mount I’ll NEVER be able to use. Thanks, Vuepoint. You got me.
