Very strong, very smooth movement
Really pleased with the construction. I'm using a small TV with this, 50", but it's rock solid. The extension and pivoting is super easy, and super smooth. The written instructions could be arranged more clearly, but they certainly are adequate. The main issue I had, with 200mm spacing on the mounts, was the need to flip the mounting bars on the TV so the extending mount could interface correctly. I didn't catch that the first few times I read the instructions. So if it doesn't seem to fit your TV, that's probably the issue. Just have to mount those bars facing the other way.
Works perfectly, super sturdy, very easy to level on the wall.
Also, the hardware was very neatly stored in separate, clearly labeled packets.

Completely worthless...
Labeling doesn’t bother to tell you that it requires a 24” stud spacing (the VAST majority of interior walls in your house)...
No one answers The phone to answer questions.
Hate having my time being wasted...

Not recommended
Crooked. That’s the only word I can use. Crooked. Tv is completely level, I redid this from start to finish 4 times looking for a reason so I definitely know it’s the mount, not the install. The “recommended” screws have given my tv Small horizontal lines. Joke of a product

Awful design
Figured spending good money on this wall mount it would work with conventional wall stud spacing. It does not you'd have re configure you wall for this to work. Hope I can get my money back.

Clear instructions
I purchased the mount for a smaller television. I was impressed with the sturdiness and with the easy instructions. The parts were individually wrapped and labeled and made completion easy. I hope to mount our larger television in the near future with their product.

Not compatible, took a while to find out.
Bought today, turns out it’s not compatible with my 50in. It took a while to figure it out and I’m so frustrated. Like I don’t even have the receipt anymore!!!!!!

Doesn't Fit 24" wood studs
Very disappointed that this product is not compatible with 24" wood studs AND THAT IT DOESN'T MENTION THAT ANYWHERE ON THE PRODUCT. After about an hour setting it up and getting everything put together, we realized that all of that work was for nothing and we'll have to take it all apart now and take it back. Very upset about it.

TV Not Straight
Easy installation but the TV wouldn't stay straight from left to right. Turns out the mounting bracket attached to the TV has a straight edge (PART 4) and the bracket attached to the wall (PART 8) is curved slightly. The screw to lock it in place isn't strong enough.

Nice TV mount!
We picked this up because we just purchased a 75".
I really like this mount because it has a wide footprint against the wall and uses extra long screws into the studs that are thicker.
It was easy to mount to the wall and was very easy to level the TV.

It won't fit 24 inch studs.
The base is too small for houses that have 24 inches in between each stud. They should put that on the box considering this is a $85 TV mount... Now I lost my installation appointment and it wasn reimbursed.

FLF322KIT Review - Great Product
I bought this wall mount to hang a Sony 55 inch TV over my fireplace.
I was impressed with packaging and thought the instructions were easy to follow. I also watched instructional videos referenced on the wall template.
The only thing I had an issue with was needing more adjustment left-to-right once the TV was on the wall to center it over the fireplace.
To resolve this, we took the TV back down and shifted the bracket on the back of the TV one slot.
I would recommend this product for a do-it-yourself project.

Really? Not compatible with 24" studs!?
I'm half way through installing this and ready for the step to mount the bracket to the wall, and realizing that I can't because it only works with 16" spaced studs. Nowhere on the box or even the instructions is this mentioned. Not cool Sanus, not cool. For those of you who do have 16" spaced studs, beware that your TV mount (and hence tv) will have to be centered perfectly between two studs. You will have almost no flexibility on this. If you are lucky enough to want your TV centered between two 16" apart studs, this appears to be a solid mount that you will really like. If not, you'll probably be returning it like me.

Terrible product.
I bought it and 55 inch Samsung at Walmart. The bolts provided did not match my TV, so I took a trip to the hardware store. The instructions say to mount into wall studs. Apparently nobody has told Santa that studs are 16 or 24 inches apart. The piece is not long enough to work on 24 inch studs, which I have. I spent a couple hours working (including trip to hardware store) and now have to take it apart and take it back to get my money back.
