Misleading
Bought to fit my 31” tv, and doesn’t fit as the frame including the speakers exceeds 32”.. doesn’t say this anywhere prior to buying. So waste of money!
I’d measure the width of holes in the back before buying, rather than going exclusively of screen size and weight.

Doesn't fit Samsung smart tv
Bought a 32 inch Samsung smart TV and tried to hang on Wall with this mount. Husband had to go to Lowe's to buy new screws and spacers. None of the hardware fits the new model tv. Not happy we had to spend extra money on something that should have fit.

Great manual and great customer service!
I bought two of these arms from Walmart last year when I bought my new house. I've waded through my share of installation instructions that were poorly translated from another language. The instructions were concise and accounted for a variety of mounting styles and sizes. I've never worried that my TV would fall. Also, I recently encountered a problem of my own doing, in which I had gotten a newer TV for a different room and was going to move the old TV onto the mount. Unfortunately some thorough house cleaning had left me without both of the boxes with extra pieces. Fortunately the customer service staff was awesome, helped me to figure out exactly what hardware I still needed, and offered to send it for free! Keep up the great work!
