The SANUS VuePoint FLF118 is a versatile full-motion wall mount solution for most 47" – 75" flat-panel TVs up to 100 lbs. Love the slide and tilt features
Yes got a deal on mine and I love it. Very easy to follow instructions and online videos plenty of help on the phone if needed also. Did it all by my self

Not Universal
Entered model number for my TV and was told it would work. The bracket that you connect to the back of the TV did not line up properly. I had to drill new holes to make them fit so that I was actually able to use it. They were off by such a small amount, but enough so that only two out of the four screws would actually screw in securely. The other two were impossible to screw in without shaving the holes that were there and making them bigger so they aligned better.

Disclose Stud Spacing on Packaging
Seems like a good solid mount but the fact that they don't disclose that it won't work for 24" stud spacing earns it a 2 star for the hassle of taking it back.

The designer should be fired
The wall mount bracket is only 20” however my steel studs are 24” on center. The installation instructions do not disclose that or show a drawing on steel studs and the appropriate fasteners for that application.

Probably a good product
I bought this when I bought a brand new 55" tv for myself. Looked great, had good reviews, and seemed to be exactly what I needed. However, when I open the product and try to line up the holes, they don't pair up. The angles don't match but the holes I need are at the exact opposite angle. It's a shame because I was excited to have a wall mount for my new tv. Tv model number UN55MU6300

Almsot perfect
Ordered an open-box item and was quite pleased with the heft of the mount. My previous mount (a tilt-only mount) always felt flimsy, even though it held a 40+ lb television without any problems for four+ years. When we upgraded our tv, the old mount stuck out below the screen (unsightly) and held the new screen higher than we wanted. After much searching, I settled on the FLF118. Installation went smoothly with one person (I got help to lift the new tv into place, though). The cable guides are a little smaller than I'd like, I couldn't fit all of the cables into them.
The only major issue I encountered was the set screw that holds the tv bracket to the mount plate. After meticulously leveling the tv, I went to tighten the set screw, and the "nut" that it screws into popped out of the bracket. I made do with another, slightly longer M5 bolt and nut (plus an additional washer) that I had on hand. If I hadn't had that available, it could have turned into a big problem as I would have had to unmount the tv until I could get appropriate hardware or a replacement piece.

Great Customer Support
Purchased the FLF118 from the AAFES at Scott AFB. Found the box was missing the mounting plate. Called customer service on a Sunday expecting to get a recording, to my surprise the CS agent was extremely professional , did a great job and I had the missing piece at the door on Wednesday morning. Only wish other companies had this great support. Great Job SANUS
