Well engineered/Well built/"Well instructed"
I purchased model SLF 428-B1 at Costco on 1/21/14 and installed it the next day.I can't say enough how well built this tv wall mount is.All the parts fit, the hardware is perfect plus hardware for different applications is provided.The instruction manual is super clear and if that is not enough there are videos to help even more.

Worthless for 24" stud placement
Hope someone sees all of the reviews before purchasing. Know your stud offset before buying. So many 1 star reviews with a canned response for years acting like all homes are 16" 2x4 placement. Just a waste of an afternoon to box up to take back to Lowes. Just at least say you will forward to a made up department to be possibly put onto the box in the future.

Needs stud info
This product has a fixed wall-mounting bracket with no adjustment for the studs/wall. Bad design.

Very sturdy and solid mount
I set up the tv this morning after carefully reading all the instructions and watching the generic video. Is not simple but you get all you need and I trust it will hold a brand new 65 inch Samsung Q80 tv.

Worked perfectly for my Needs
We installed it over the weekend and it looks great. The mount hit my 16 inch centered studs perfectly. It worked great for putting the 70 “ tv in the corner of the living room
One thing I have not figured out. The video showed attaching a sound bar but I am not seeing how that will work. No instructions on how to make that happen

Installed by myself - 48 yr old female
I purchased this today and it was installed the same evening. I will start that the website is out of date and the new TV I purchased was not an option so the “view in your room thing didn’t work”. However, this was going up in the corner so I could have something while I Exercised so that didn’t really matter.
You need to read the instructions first, then you need to measure the holes on the back of the TV, then you need to pay attention of yours are “=“ to 200 mm or greater than. The template was so easy to tape on the wall once I found the first wood behind the wall and everything lined up (leveling the paper is wayyyy easier than trying to level the heavy part).
Once the template and the tiny holes were drilled it was easy to measure the length of the drill bit and put the larger holes in the wall. I used my drill with a socket so the big screws went mostly in and then I tightened it up. The 43” TV I bought was probably lighter than the bracket so it was a snap to hang it on the arm and put the little screw in. Overall, getting an outlet up there took way more time than putting up the holder and TV. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Do not buy if you have 24” studs
They should mention on the box. “ not for 24” studs. Wasted a bunch of time. They never mentioned this anywhere!
